How We Work

Gina Wolleat at Room Reimagined Design brings residential and commercial design experience to every project, big or small.  We are equipped with over 150 brand name suppliers, resources and manufacturers at our disposal, and we will meet all of your aesthetic and functional expectations. Gina and her team will work with you from the idea stage all the way through delivery and final installation of the products.

The First Appointment - Complimentary!

During our first appointment we will be spending 1-2 hours discussing your project.  This will be an opportunity to gather as much information as possible about your vision, including color and style preferences, lifestyle, how you see the space in terms of its functionality, and the anticipated investment in the project.  This initial information really sets the stage for being able to develop a design unique to you and your space that produces the very best results!   .

Going Forward

At the conclusion of the first appointment, we will determine which design elements (products) should be included in the plan to achieve the look you envision. A design fee will then be determined upon establishing the scope of the project. If you choose to go forward, the design fee will cover design services and sample materials specific to your project.

The Design Presentation

At the second appointment, Gina will come prepared to share with you a design plan that meets all of your functional needs, is within your investment range, and will allow for your space to be all that you hope it to be.  The presentation will include digital images and samples to help you visualize how your room(s) will look.  Your decision-making will be easy and efficient as you will have flexibility and several alternative selections within your plan.  Room Reimagined Design will continue to tweak the plan until you love every single part of it!

 

The Design Plan is Finalized

Once you are 100% satisfied with every element in your design plan, the agreement is signed and your dream room is set into motion!  At this point you can count on us to take care of all the details.  Sit back, relax and dream about your new space!
